Wrights Celebrates a Successful Sponsorship of the Willow 10K Event.

Here at Wrights, we are committed to giving back to the community. We were therefore thrilled to sponsor the annual Willow 10K event for another year. With 580 enthusiastic runners participating in the family fun run, 5k, and 10k races, it was truly a memorable event. Our staff played an active role, manning marshal points, operating a water station and distributing delicious donuts sponsored by Simmons Bakers.

On a bright and sunny day, the Wrights team eagerly came together to support the Willow Foundation's annual 10K event. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and anticipation as runners of all ages and abilities gathered at the starting line. The event offered a range of races to cater to various fitness levels, ensuring that everyone could participate and contribute to this incredible cause.

The Wrights team was out in full force, lending their support and expertise to ensure the event ran smoothly. Throughout the race route, the staff operated marshal points, ensuring the safety of the runners and providing much-needed encouragement along the way. A dedicated team managed the water station, offering runners a refreshing break while also providing vital hydration. To add an extra treat to the event, Wrights partnered with Simmons Bakers, who generously donated mouth-watering donuts that were distributed among the participants, adding a delicious touch to their post-race celebrations.

Supporting the Willow Foundation is a cause close to Wrights' heart. The charity tirelessly works to improve the lives of young individuals, aged 16 to 40, who have been recently diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. The foundation organises and funds special days tailored to the unique desires and needs of these individuals, providing them and their loved ones with an opportunity to create cherished memories during an otherwise challenging time.
