As you may know Wrights re-opened our doors last month and it’s certainly good to be back meeting our customers face to face again and helping them with all of their property needs. However our number one priority is ensuring our client’s health and wellbeing whilst providing them with the best ever service - so we thought we’d give you some information about how we can help you buy, sell or rent a property whilst keeping to social distancing guidelines and staying safe!
Firstly we are always available to have a chat virtually if you don’t want to come into branch. Did you know that you can contact us by phone, email or via our website and you can even have a chat with us on our social media channels? With a wide range of ways to get in touch you do not have to undertake any initial meetings in person if you do not wish to. If you do want to come in to branch for a face to face chat we are well set up for customer safety. There will be a limit of customers allowed into our premises at any one time to ensure that we are not overcrowded and our staff will have protective screens on their desks and be positioned 2 meters away from each other. We have also taken the time to tape out guidance in our offices to highlight where it is safe for customers to stand or sit.
When it comes to viewings you can be assured that we have been busy making the most of technology to help you take a tour of a potential new home without leaving the comfort of your sofa! If you are looking to rent a property we will send you a virtual video before we do a live viewing to reduce any contact times. We also make sure that we wear masks and gloves at all times during viewings and that they are only conducted on vacant properties. Of course you may also have seen our fantastic live viewings on some of our hot properties on Facebook conducted by Michelle and Natalie – these are a brilliant and safe way for you to get an idea of some of the fabulous homes we have on offer.
Finally we have been working closely with all of our brilliant town centre teams to help create shopping areas around our branches which are as safe as possible for shoppers. If you come for a visit you’ll see 2 meter distance stickers on the pavement, posters offering safety guidance and even hand-gel pumps stationed around town.
